Time is going so quickly, sometimes I wonder if I am moving fast enough with it,  growing enough... making the changes that need to be made... quick enough as to not to lose track and become complaisant and continue to live by my past experiences(nasty circle that can be).  So am I ...Maybe, maybe not.  
It looks like this year is one of change,  big changes... some a little scary.  But hey I guess that is what life is all about and is what is going to make me a better person. 
I have started using paint as a medium more in my work,  I am traditionally a print media freak, but in order to encompass my love if image transfer grown and change were needed.  I started with water colours...  (dragonfly  and create(te here) but really want to move on to en-caustic (it hits my "I want to learn" button right on target).  Wish(wi here) was my first play maybe a little unsecessful in the terms of en-caustic works but I love the effect and intend to to more. 
I also am taking a leap of faith in my surreal digital works and creating some fantasy images....  ALWAYS wanted to but did not think I could do it....   Have to run... started a night class.. small business management...

I made these for marketing my business at a local social media met up!  So keeping true with social media medium I did a scratch and win card with a QR code underneath.  Quite in ingeniousness I think.  But maybe that is just me.  

This is how you do it

  1. Print out you prize or as I did  qr code.
  2. Cover it with contact paper
  3. Mix paint 2 parts (silver metallic) with dish washing liquid ( 1 part) and paint over designated area 
Because the paint mix is painted over the contact paper it easily scratches off.  
Go on give it a go!

All these you can save into catagories of your choice to refer back to, share with others that follow you or anyone for that matter!   Today a found how to make scratch and win cards, such a great little idea for marketing, I already know when and how I am going to use it. Seriously go now look!
